The team you will be a part of : The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

- 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM applications.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Selenium, Postman, or similar QA tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsible For
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and data.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform API and integration testing where required.
- Support test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes.
